Digital Album – Download Policy

This product is a digital download. No physical item will be shipped. Upon successful checkout, you will receive access to download a ZIP file containing 11 audio tracks.

Download Limits & Access

  • Each purchase includes two (2) total download attempts.

  • Download access is available for 30 days from the date of purchase, as enforced by WooCommerce.

  • Once either the download limit is reached or the 30-day access period expires, the download link will automatically expire and cannot be reactivated.

  • Customers are responsible for downloading and securely saving the files within the allowed timeframe.

No Refund Policy – Digital Goods

Due to the nature of digital downloadable content:

  • All sales are final.

  • No refunds, returns, chargebacks, or exchanges will be provided once download access has been granted.

  • Failure to download within the allowed time or download limit does not qualify for a refund.

This policy complies with digital goods exemptions under applicable consumer protection laws.

License & Usage Rights

Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.

You may not:

  • Share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the files

  • Upload the music to streaming platforms or file-sharing services

  • Use the music for commercial, promotional, or public purposes without written authorization

Technical Responsibility

We are not responsible for download issues caused by:

  • Internet service interruptions

  • Device or software incompatibility

  • Email delivery errors

  • Failure to download files within the permitted time or attempts
